Stress Management

Objective: To promote mindfulness for greater learning and instruction.

Description: Teachers will practice a variety of stress management strategies and be able to apply them across all disciplines. Practicing stress management skills, such as meditation, art therapy, and mindfulness exercises, has shown an increase in student concentration and academic performance.

Advice for Implementation: Be open-minded to try new strategies, as well as improving classroom climate.
