Six for Free: Online Formative Assessment Tools

Objective: To support educators in their ability to assess their students.
Description: In this 70 minute workshop, I will review the use of six free online assessment tools that are easy to utilize with one's students including Google Forms, Formative, Quizlet Live, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Flippity. Log-in, practice, and see how these tools could be used with your students the next day.
Formative assessment tells educators where students are at that given time. If teachers had more quick assessment tools, this could be accomplished so much easier. This is where these six free, online tools can play a part.
Advice for Implementation: Come. Try it. See how it might work for you and your students.
